Request Order Feedback

This page explains how the feedback request system works for delivered orders. It describes how to use the "Request Feedback" button, how it changes into "Feedback Received," and how to customize the message sent to buyers. This way, the seller can improve their reputation and maintain a direct and positive relationship with customers.

Overview

This section describes how the feedback request system works after an order has been delivered. The goal is to ensure that every delivered order receives feedback from the buyer, improving the seller’s reputation and enhancing the overall platform experience.

How to Request Feedback for a Delivered Order

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the buyer’s shipping address, the order status will change to "Delivered".

Below the status, a purple button with a message icon and the label "Ask for Feedback" will be visible. By pressing this button, an automatic message will be sent to the buyer requesting them to leave positive feedback.

  • Case 1: If the buyer has not yet left feedback, the button will remain purple with the text "Ask for Feedback".
  • Case 2: If the buyer leaves feedback, the button will turn green and display the label "Feedback Received".

You can customize the message sent to the buyer directly from the Settings → eBay & Amazon section of the platform.
